Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the modern design and cleanliness of Aparthotel Vital. The room felt brand new, and the extra warmth provided for our toddler was a thoughtful touch. The receptionist was extremely helpful, offering great suggestions for lunch and nearby spas. The breakfast was exceptional, with a delicious selection of cheese, meat, and made-to-order eggs. The presence of a feeding chair and toys for our little one made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a great family vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the interior design created a nice atmosphere. The hotel's location was great as it was within walking distance of the center of the city and the spas. Additionally, the breakfast offered a range of options including cereals, different types of meats, cheese, and jams. Finally, the hotel offered great value for money, especially since they allowed pets as this allowed us to take our dog with us.

The hotel has excellent, friendly staff who went out of their way to assist me during my stay. The location is ideal, as it is close to the town center and within walking distance of local restaurants and shops. The breakfast is delicious and included a variety of continental options, such as yogurts, cereal, and cheese plates.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was not very strong, and I had trouble connecting to it at times.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quite spacious. The hotel had a great location - close to the city center and within walking distance of local attractions. We also appreciated the free parking.

The check-in process was confusing and disorganized. There was no staff waiting for us, and we had to call the hotel to find out where our key was located.
